A day to raise money and awareness to end ALS

Taking place in the downtown center of Lexington, Massachusetts across the street from the historic Lexington Battle Green, the 5th Annual 'A Cure is Coming!' will feature a 4 mile ALS Awareness Walk, a 5k Road Race, a free barbecue from Jasper White's Summer Shack, entertainment, raffles, prizes and other fun family activities.

Registration opens at 10am, and walkers will depart at 11:00am, heading southeast through Lexington Center. The 5k race will start at 11:20am with racers heading to the northwest and finishing up with a sprint finish down the Minuteman.

The event will be held rain or shine. In the case of severe inclement weather, the event may be cancelled for safety purposes. A voicemail box has been setup at ALS TDI to let participants know the status of the walk. Please call 617-441-7232 after 6am on May 2nd to see if weather will cancel the event.
